Policies
Late Policy:
If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment it will be necessary for you to reschedule to allow enough time for your procedure.
Appointment Deposit and Reservation Policy:
A $50.00 (Lip Tint $100) non-refundable deposit is required in order to reserve your appointment. The deposit will be credited toward the total cost of the procedure.
Touch-up Policy:
Your touch-up will be scheduled 6-12 weeks from your original appointment date. Touch-ups are included in your procedure cost. After 90 days the touch-up is no longer included and there will be a touch-up fee of $150 dollars. After 6 months this fee increases to $250 dollars. Permanent makeup that is not touched up within the first year will be charged the full amount at the next visit. Please make it a priority to have your touch-up done within the 6-12 week time frame after your initial appointment.
Appointment Cancellation Policy:
Deposits are non-refundable but will be applied to your new appointment. If you fail to cancel your appointment within 48 hours, an additional $50 deposit will be required to re-schedule. I understand that emergencies arise and will work with you to get your appointment rescheduled. If you’re sick please do not come in! I Cannot work on you. Please call/text/email me so that I can reschedule you.
No Show Policy:
Any client that does not show for their scheduled appointment will forfeit their deposit and will be required to pay a new deposit to reschedule their appointment. My time just like yours is valuable.
Forms of Payment:
We accept Cash, Apple Pay, Android Pay, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover credit cards for payment.
Prior Tattoo/Permanent Makeup done by another artist:
Glow Permanent Makeup Will perform Color Boosts/Touch Ups on prior tattoos. If you have had Permanent Makeup/Microblading done by another artist and would like to have a Color Boost please book a complimentary consultation. This time will allow me to determine whether you will need one or two sessions to freshen up your color.
Gift Certificates:
Gift certificates are available for purchase. The value of a gift certificate will not be replaced if lost, stolen or destroyed. They cannot be redeemed for cash and are non-refundable. Gift certificates must be presented at time of service and will expire within one year of the purchase date.
