At your permanent makeup consultation, I will evaluate your facial features and skin tone and make suggestions for design placement and pigment color. These suggestions will be based on the specific procedure you are considering.
You will be asked about your expectations and goals for the permanent makeup procedure. If during your consultation you decide to schedule an appointment, Client History, Informed Consent, and Pre/Post Procedure Instruction forms will be provided at the time of your consultation or the day of your appointment. All forms must be completed before the procedure is started. Before and after pictures are required of every client. These pictures are kept in your personal file and will not be shared unless written consent is given.
The consultation is the ideal time for both you and I to ask and answer questions about your health and review the Pre/Post Procedure Instructions so that you can be prepared for your appointment.
Individuals with medical conditions such as:
- Uncontrolled high blood pressure
- Blood-clotting problems
- Auto-immune conditions
- Those who have had chemotherapy
- The tendency to form scaring
- Fever blisters (for lip procedures)
- Those required to take antibiotics before a dental procedure
Will be asked to consult with their doctor before undergoing a permanent makeup procedure. Those considering permanent makeup must also have healthy skin without any existing skin conditions such as eczema, psoriasis, or open wounds.
If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment it will be necessary for you to reschedule to allow enough time for your procedure. All new clients must arrive 15 minutes prior to the time of their scheduled appointment so that they have sufficient time to fill out new client paperwork. Clients returning within 2 years do not need to arrive 15 minutes earlier.
Appointment Deposit and Reservation Policy:
A $50.00 non-refundable deposit is required in order to reserve your appointment. The deposit will be credited toward the procedure fees.
Before scheduling your appointment you must let me know if you have had any previous permanent makeup so that the correct appointment(s) can be scheduled.
Two or more appointments may be necessary to achieve and complete most permanent make-up procedures. It is recommended to have your first touch up within 8 to 12 weeks from your original appointment date. Annual appointments are recommended, but not required. After 90 days the touch-up is no longer included and there will be a touch-up fee of 150 dollars. After 6 months this fee increases to 250 dollars. Permanent makeup that is not touched up within the first year will be charged the full amount at the next visit.
Appointment Cancellation Policy:
Deposits are non-refundable but will be applied to your new appointment. If you fail to cancel your appointment within 48 hours, full payment will be required to reschedule. I understand that emergencies arise and will work with you to get your appointment rescheduled.
No Show Policy:
Any client that does not show for their scheduled appointment will forfeit their deposit and will be required to pay a new deposit to reschedule their appointment.
Forms of Payment:
We accept cash, personal checks, Apple pay, Android pay, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover credit cards for payment.
If you cannot tolerate the procedure and the technician cannot finish the procedure you will be charged a set-up fee for the procedure. This fee will be $100.00.
Prior Tattoo/Permanent Makeup done by another artist:
If you have had tattoo/permanent makeup applied previously, the technician will not be responsible for color inconsistency, fading, or any other problem relating to the new procedure. Prior Tattoo/Permanent Makeup: Your procedure will NOT be considered a “touch-up” for the new technician. We do not know what pigments were used, if your needles were properly disposed, if cross contamination occurred, or any other hazardous behavior was displayed. Full price fees will be charged for each procedure. It is always harder to correct someone’s work than to do work on untouched skin.
Gift certificates are available for purchase. The value of a gift certificate will not be replaced if lost, stolen or destroyed. They cannot be redeemed for cash and are non-refundable. Gift certificates must be presented at time of service and will expire within one year of the purchase date.
This establishment has a NO REFUND POLICY.
